The staff at the front office were efficient and polite, providing excellent service. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet despite being located in a heavy construction site and traffic area. The breakfast selection was good and the service was top-notch.

They always greeted me with a smile and were quick to assist with any queries or requests. The location of the hotel was also a major plus. It was centrally located, making it easy for me to access all the main attractions and business centers. the rooftop pool area was a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day of meetings.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of everything, close to the markets in the district and right beside small shops offering local goods. It's the perfect base for exploring the downtown and all the attractions of the city. The rooms are clean and the staff is fantastic and helpful. The breakfast is great and the spa facilities are excellent. The view from the room is breathtaking, and the in-room facilities are of excellent quality.
There was a problem with the air-conditioner in the room. Despite the technician's efforts to fix it, the old unit caused lingering and recycled dusts, which was a major problem for me as an asthmatic person.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in this city. The best aspects were how clean and well-maintained the hotel facilities were. The location was convenient, with all the tourist hotspots very close by. We loved that we could easily walk to Ho Chi Minh square and all the major attractions. The breakfast provided was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Liberty! The location was perfect, with museums and the opera house just a short walk away. The room wasnice and neat, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the greeters, Nhu, made our stay even more good with her constant smile and genuine interest in our daily activities. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

Being located in a central district, this hotel is a great spot for tourists as everything is within walking distance. The staffs here provided a quality service from the Reservation to Check-in and Checkout. I was received with great hospitality and all the staffs were pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed spending my leisure time at the rooftop pool and the entertainment centre.
This place is highly recommended to anyone who wants to have a pleasant and enjoyable stay here.
